Archer Western Federal JV Lands $377M Army Contract for Weapon Storage Facility Construction

A Walsh Group business has secured a $376.9 million firm-fixed-price contract from the U.S. Army to build a weapon storage and maintenance facility over a four-year period.

The Department of Defense said Friday Archer Western Federal Joint Venture will perform construction efforts in Great Falls, Montana, through June 18, 2027.

The contactor was selected among seven bidders using an online solicitation process by Army Corps of Engineers, which is the contracting activity.

Archer Western Federal JV was obligated the full contract amount from fiscal 2020 military construction, defense-wide funds at the time of the award.
