Analytic Services has purchased Advanced Technology International from South Carolina-based applied research corporation SCRA for an undisclosed sum in an effort to expand ANSERs U.S. presence and advance its public service mission through the integration of ATIs research and development capabilities.
ANSER will add approximately 165 employees to its workforce and expects revenue to increase by $500 million on an annual basis as a result of the acquisition, ANSER said Monday.
SCRA said Monday it will get approximately $25 million from the deal that is set to close today and could receive $15 million in additional payment from ANSER over the next four years.
Falls Church, Virginia-based ANSER is a nonprofit public service research institute that works to provide studies and analyses to national security, public policy and homeland security communities.
