TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 16, 2016 Angela Messer, an executive vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH), has said collaboration between employees with different specializations works to drive the company’s cyber practice, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
She told the Washington Business Journal in an interview published Thursday that engineers and professionals from different “tribes” such as data science and cloud work together in support of the whole practice.
“[Our cyber practice is] made up of a lot of different types of professionals all grounded in this consultative approach to problem solving, to deconstructing problems, and then using the “village” different tribes to come up with solutions because no one entity has all the answers, ” Messer said.
