Andrew Stringer Appointed Strategic Growth SVP at Applied Information Sciences

Andrew Stringer, formerly vice president at Deep Water Point & Associates, has joined Reston, Virginia-headquartered software and systems engineering company Applied Information Sciences as senior VP of strategic growth.

He shared his new post Tuesday on LinkedIn and will oversee strategic growth initiatives for the federal sector in his new capacity.

At Deep Water, Stringer helped deliver strategy engagements and develop growth strategies for small, mid-tier and large government contracting companies.

Before joining the business consulting firm, he was a VP responsible for leading business development and capture efforts for civilian agency accounts at QinetiQ‘s U.S. arm. He held a similar position at Avantus Federal, which QinetiQ U.S. acquired in 2022.

His industry career includes principal roles at E3 Federal Solutions and SRA International, a CSRA company.
