Before Leidos, Hallman was VP of national security strategy and integration at Peraton.
He is a former principal executive at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, where he also served as assistant deputy director of national intelligence.
During his time at ODNI, he helped the National Counterintelligence and Security Center develop the National Counterintelligence Strategy of the United States of America 2020-2022.
The Leidos executive also held leadership roles at the CIA, including deputy director for digital innovation, associate deputy director of intelligence for strategic programs and director of the Office of Transnational Issues.
