DelFavero has two decades of industry experience in business development, capture strategy and program and project management. He joined Cherokee Federal from QinetiQ Group’s U.S. subsidiary, where he held the same position for over a year.
Prior to his appointment at QinetiQ, the executive became senior director for business development at Peraton, senior director for capture management at Science Applications International Corp. and a capture executive at Leidos.
He also spent over 12 years at Northrop Grumman, taking on leadership roles, including senior business development manager, capture manager and project manager, and two years at BAE Systems as an imagery analyst.
Before starting his private sector career, DelFavero served in the U.S. Army for four years as an imagery analyst.
