Andie Borcz, a human resources professional with more than one decade of government contracting industry experience, has joined technology services provider Applied Insight as vice president of people.
She will be responsible for helping update AI’s strategies to recruit potential candidates, engage and develop employees and promote effective communications within the organization, the company said Wednesday.
Borcz previously served as chief people officer at Anthem Engineering, a group sourcing team lead at Booz Allen Hamilton and a technical recruiter at TASC.
While at Anthem, she drove the company’s HR initiatives such talent acquisition, onboarding, performance reviews and diversity and inclusion.
Reston, Virginia-based Applied Insight offers support to government agencies in tech areas such as cloud infrastructure, analytics, cybersecurity and mission operations.
