American States Utility Services Inc. has won a 50-year, $510 million contract to operate and maintain the water distribution and wastewater collection systems at Eglin Air Force Base in Florida.
The Defense Departmentsaid Tuesday the company will perform work in Florida and California through May 31, 2067.
The U.S. Air Force will use its fiscal year 2016 through fiscal 2067 operations and maintenance funds to finance the fixed-price, economic-price-adjustment contract.
