American Holoptics to Buy EOTech from L3Harris

American Holoptics, a Koucar Management affiliate, has agreed to acquire L3Harris Technologies’ (NYSE: LHX) EOTech business for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is expected to be finalized by mid-2020, subject to customary closing conditions, the companies said in a joint release published Tuesday.

EOTech has approximately $60M in annual revenues and produces magnified field optics, holographic sighting systems and accessories for law enforcement, military and commercial clients worldwide.
