Amentum has secured a $282.5 million contract to help the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services provide biometrics collection services to applicants seeking immigration benefits.
The company will help USCIS administer and manage the Application Support Center, which collects applicant biometric and biographical data throughout the benefits application process, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
The contract extends support of the ASC function of the Office of Identity and Immigration and Management Division within the Immigration Records and Immigration Services Directorate.
Work on the contract will commence on Sept. 29, 2023, and run through June 29, 2028.
ASC schedules appointments for gathering fingerprints, photographs and electronic signatures of USCIS benefits applicants.
