Career Background
Eamich joined ICF in 2022 as senior director of business development. She was tasked with overseeing digital transformation, customer relations and broad domain expertise.
She was previously with Publicis Sapient also as senior director of business development. Before that, Eamich served as chief growth officer at U.Group, where she spearheaded the company’s growth strategy within the federal civilian, defense and commercial markets. She also held the VP of strategic growth. She also served as principal and director of marketing strategy at CHIEF, where she was instrumental in its acquisition and integration with ByteCubed.
The ICF executive served as director of web communications in the U.S. Department of Agriculture from 2009 to 2014. She initially joined the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service in 2003 as a senior press officer before she was elevated to director of strategic communications and new media after six years.
