Alutiiq Subsidiary Wins Potential $387M Contract to Engineer NASA Systems

McCallie Associates, a wholly owned subsidiary of Alutiiq, has won a potential $387.1 million contract to engineer mission and instrument systems for various NASA departments.

NASA said Thursday that orders under the Systems Engineering Advanced Services II contract would range from $5 million to $298 million in value and the award includes a “unilateral upward adjustment” provision to cover programmatic uncertainties.

The SEAS II small business set-aside program covers systems engineering support to Mission Engineering and Systems Analysis Division and other units under the agency’s Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate.

Alcyon Technical Services Joint Venture previously performed SEAS work for the agency under a five-year, $188 million awarded in September 2015.

The award to McCallie has a phase-in period of 60 days and a base ordering period of five years.
