McLean, Virginia-based Altamira Technologies has acquired cybersecurity services provider Prime Solutions for an undisclosed sum in a push to add new footprints in the intelligence community and resources for research-and-development initiatives.
Altamira said Friday it also sought access to Prime Solutions’ employees that work in areas such as computer network operations and have knowledge of technologies and methods used to conduct activities in cyberspace.
Prime Solutions is headquartered in Columbia, Maryland and its customer base includes the National Security Agency, a customer Altamira has targeted for potential expansion into.
