AllClear has officially launched as a military aircraft sustainment services provider following the combination of Aero Precision and Kellstrom Defense.
Aero Precision purchased Kellstrom Defense in March and the two companies moved to integrate their four business segments and eight subsidiaries across nine locations, AllClear said Monday.
“We envisioned a company that employs the most knowledgeable and engaged team that is attentive to customer’s needs and maintains a continual mission-ready mindset. … The AllClear name solidifies our mission-ready mindset and precision focus,” said AllClear CEO Darryl Mayhorn.
El Segundo, Calif.-based AllClear provides in-house repair capabilities, distribution, engineered products, manufacturing, repair services management and logistics management support to the U.S. military and its allies. There are eight companies under AllClear Holdings and those are Airborne Technologies, Aerospace Welding, AllClear Repair Services, AllClear Korea, DAC International, NASAM, TAVCO and Williams Aerospace & Manufacturing.
