The global business executive said Monday she will lead a team tasked with shaping the future of military training and readiness. In her new role, Combs will leverage her data-driven engineering mindset and extensive experience in operations, strategic planning, organizational performance, team-building, business development and collaboration.
Who Is Alicia Combs?
Combs is a seasoned executive with over 28 years of experience working in the U.S. Navy and the private sector. She most recently served as VP of simulation software, training and operations at MAK Technologies, where she oversaw the company’s strategy, operations, revenue, profit and loss and key performance indicators.
The Cubic executive also worked at Leidos as the chief of staff of the live division and as a senior program manager and corporate certification manager at AVT Simulation. Before that, Combs was part of SAIC as director of product and process assurance and DSCI as a program manager.
Combs served as an industrial engineer at United Space Alliance and a software and nuclear electrical engineer for the U.S. Navy, supervising the operations and maintenance of a pressurized-water nuclear power plant.
