GCS is a HUBZone-certified small business founded by Don and Liz Morin in 1991 and manufactures aluminum storage and shipping containers and tactical kits, Albers said Friday.
GCS will keep its operations in Accident, Maryland, as it runs as a wholly owned subsidiary of Albers.
