The U.S. Air Force has awarded Al Raha Group for Technical Services a $355.9 million firm-fixed-price contract to provide integrated support services to Saudi Arabia’s fleet of Strike Eagle fighteraircraft.
RGTS will also manage unclassified aircraft spares and support equipment as well as support base standups and F-15 and F-15SA flight operations of the country’s air force under the foreign military sales contract, the Defense Departmentsaid Monday.
Work will take place in McDonough, Georgia and Saudi Arabia through Dec. 31, 2017.
The F-15 aircraft, manufactured by Boeing (NYSE: BA), is equipped with a flight control technology, a multimission avionics system and multiple weapons designed for air-to-air combat missions.
