The U.S. Air Force has selected five companies to deliver construction work, design and services under a $95 million multiple-award contract in support of an air force base in South Dakota.
All American Construction Services, Dakota Plains Electrical Contracting, LaCreek Development Corp., OK2 Construction and Quinn-Scull joint venture will conduct general construction for industrial and office buildings at Ellsworth AFB through May 21, 2031, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract provides for construction services including maintenance, repair, demolition and earthwork activities as well as mechanical, electrical and heating or air conditioning efforts.
The Air Force is obligating fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $1,000 to each contractor at the time of award.
The 28th Contracting Squadron based at Ellsworth AFB awarded the contract.
