The service branch is using fiscal 2023 procurement funds to finance the IDIQ contract and is obligating $22 million to Aviation Ground Equipment and $5.9 million to PD Power Systems.
The contract also includes testing and production of 144kW ground power units and universal load banks and delivery of test reports and technical manuals.
The two vendors will perform work at their respective sites in Virginia and New York through Nov. 17, 2032.
