Air Force Cyber Factory to Procure Cloud Services Through Potential $95M BPA

The U.S. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center plans to award 15 spots on a $95M blanket purchase agreement with a five-year base period for cloud computing services to the military branch’s cyber factory, Nextgov reported Tuesday.

A FedBizOpps notice posted Tuesday says the LevelUP hub at Hanscom AF Base is seeking a contractor to help process workloads in accordance with the Department of Defense Cloud Commuting Security Requirements Guide for multiple impact levels.

A cloud service provider will work with AFLCMC and LevelUP in efforts to establish a mechanism to continuously develop, test and integrate architectures in government or hybrid cloud environments.

The center also envisions a secure commercial cloud-based service for managing information technology application resources, infrastructure and systems to address customer requirements.

Responses to the solicitation notice are due Oct. 16.
