At Raytheon, he started as a principal financial analyst and eventually became finance manager of the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment and Space Support Contract.
While at SAIC, he oversaw financial operations of the company’s approximately $3 billion NSS portfolio focused on the defense and intelligence communities.
