Diana Dunnigan, co-founder of Agility Federal, has assumed the CEO role at the company she helped establish to offer health care, information technology and enterprise resource planning services to the government.
Agility Federal said Friday her appointment coincides with the company’s application for Small Business Administration certification to join an agency program that provides women-owned enterprises the opportunity to pursue federal contracts.
Dunnigan launched Agility Federal with U.S. Naval Academy graduate Brandon Fausti in 2021 and has a medical doctor degree from Uniformed Services University.
She served on active duty in the U.S. Army for nearly four years before transitioning to the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service.
During her two-decade USPHS career, Dunnigan held assignments such as chief clinical consultant in pediatrics for the Indian Health Service and chief of pediatric services at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center
