Vivek Lall
Vivek Lall, a more than two-decade aerospace industry veteran, has joined Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) as vice president for strategy and business development, Press Trust of India reported Wednesday.
Lall previously was chief executive of U.S. and international strategic development at General Atomics for three years.
Before that, he was the president and CEO of India-based petroleum and petrochemical products manufacturing company Reliance Industries.
He held a 14-year career at Boeing (NYSE: BA), where he served as vice president and India country head within the company’s defense, space and security segment.
Lall holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Carleton University, an M.B.A. degree from the City University of Seattle and a master’s degree in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
He also earned a Ph.D. in aerospace, aeronautical and astronautical engineering from Wichita State University.
