AT AEI, Cannito is responsible for helping develop the private equity firm's acquisitions strategies and assisting its portfolio companies in strategic efforts.
He previously led Polaris Alpha as CEO and held executve roles at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) and EOIR Technologies.
Steve Bailey and Don Wesson, respectively presidents of the DSS and Adcole Space businesses, will report directly to Cannito.
