Randy Castro
Randy Castro, formerly senior vice president of federal programs at AECOMs (NYSE: ACM) technical services business, has joined Black & Veatch as president of its federal business.
Castro, a retired U.S. Army major general, brings over 35 years of government, project management and infrastructure development experience to Black & Veatchs special projects business, the company said Monday.

Castros military career included roles as deputy director of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and commanding general of the Army Corps of Engineers Pacific Ocean Division and South Atlantic Division.
He is a board member of the Army Engineer Association and sits on the board of flag directors at Arizona State University.
