Alion Science and Technology has appointed G. Maliek Ferebee, former corporate vice president of human resources at AECOM(NYSE: ACM), as chief HR officer of the McLean, Virginia-based government engineering and technology services contractor.
He will oversee Alion Science’s efforts to grow its technical and operational workforce in his new role, the company said Tuesday.
œHis expertise in organizational development and workforce planning will help us update and enhance our approach to employee relations in transformative ways, ” said Alion Science Chief Operating Officer Bruce Samuelsen.
At AECOM, he managed international organizations that support key platforms and services business areas of the engineering company.
Ferebee also previously held various HR leadership positions at Qinetiq‘s North American unit, Analex and McNeil Technologies.
