AECOM’s (NYSE: ACM) technical services subsidiary has won a $91.5 million task order from Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command to repair two berthing structures at a Portsmouth, Virginia, military shipyard.
NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic received three bids for the project covering Norfolk Naval Shipyard Berths 40 and 41 repairs and Dry Dock 8 modernization, the service said Thursday.
The command issued the task order under a multiple-award construction contract vehicle that supports the U.S. Navy’s Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program .
