AE Industrial Partners has acquired Triman Industries, which provides aftermarket supply chain, distribution and repair management services to the defense sector.
Triman co-founder and President Scott Truskin will retain his leadership role and remain a shareholder in the West Berlin, N.J-based military aftermarket services provider, AEI said Tuesday.
Truskin said AEIs expertise in the aerospace and defense sectors will further Triman’s support for military customers and original equipment manufacturers.
Established in 1995, Triman also offers logistics, inspection, packaging, inspection, inventory planning and other product distribution support.
Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as AEIs legal advisor, while Blank Rome LLP was the legal advisor for Triman. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
