The Department of Defense said Friday the fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract has a four-year base period and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025.
ADS’ work under the contract will be performed in Virginia. It will be funded using defense working capital appropriations for fiscal years 2021 through 2025.
The contract also includes three two-year option periods.
The land and maritime unit of DLA awarded the contract to ADS following an acquisition process through which the company competed against one other bidder.
ADS is an operational equipment supplier that offers procurement, program management and logistics support to its military and emergency responder customers. In early March, the company received a five-year, $100 million DLA contract for patient monitoring equipment and training support.
