ACT I Appoints Chris Devens as Business Dev't Director; Michael Niggel Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 26, 2017 ” Advanced Concepts and Technologies International has appointed Chris Devens, previously Camber‘s operations and business development director, as the new BD director at the Arlington, Virginia-based total acquisition management service provider, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
