The Department of Defense said Wednesday ACI will perform the work for the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract at its headquarters in Hamilton, New Jersey. The project is expected to be completed by Feb. 25, 2030.
The Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland is the contracting activity. An initial amount of $7.6 million from the Army’s fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds was allocated at the time of the award.
Two bids for the contract were received following an online solicitation process.
In February 2024, ACI was also awarded a $35.9 million contract for the procurement of technical and production support for the Nett Warrior Tactical Capability Suite and other systems.
What Is Nett Warrior?
The Nett Warrior program is an Army initiative that aims to enhance situational awareness and enable dismounted leaders to make swift and accurate decisions during tactical missions. The program connects the dismounted leader to the Brigade Combat Teams network using smart devices.
