Miranda Ashby, formerly senior director of federal sales at Cornerstone OnDemand, has joined cloud-based talent management software provider Acendre as senior vice president of federal sales.
Ashby will work to support the company’s business development team to address the talent management needs of federal agencies, Acendre said Thursday.
“Miranda is a seasoned and proficient leader with deep knowledge of the industry, and I am confident that she will help drive Acendre’s sales to new heights while simultaneously helping federal agencies improve their talent management processes, ” said Mike Giuffrida, co-founder and CEO of Acendre.
During her time at Cornerstone OnDemand, Ashby oversaw the development and implementation of public sector initiatives that cover various areas such as talent and performance management, human capital strategy, social collaboration and succession planning.
She previously held the roles of regional sales manager for the public sector at Taleo and VP of government sales at GeoLearning.
Acendre, formerly known as NGA.net, rebranded in July 2015.
Acendre’s software platforms work to help government agencies and corporate organizations manage workflows as well as recruit, develop and retain employees.
