TYSONS CORNER, VA, December 19, 2018 A new Accenture (NYSE: ACN) report has found that many federal information technology executives experience continued challenges in their efforts to modernize IT, particularly in the alignment of technology priorities with mission objectives, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The professional services firm said Monday its State of Federal IT 2018 report, which is based on an Accenture Federal Services poll of 200 federal IT leaders, reveals that the top barriers to full implementation of new capabilities like cloud and agile software development are budget constraints, cybersecurity concerns, reliance on legacy IT and a shortage of digital skills.
