Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has finalized its acquisition of Sierra-Cedar’s Salesforce, Workday and U.S. Mulesoft practices for an undisclosed amount.
Accenture said Friday it will absorb approximately 275 professionals as part of the deal, which was first announced in late January.
The acquisition will help Accenture broaden its presence in the Workday ecosystem and expand its service offerings to government and higher education organizations seeking to update their core software for finance, accounting, human resources and student services.
