Cloud computing and mobile device services provider Accelera Solutions has appointed a three-decade government contracting veteran to the role of president and chief operating officer.
Accelera said Monday he will support the company’s expansion effort and mission to help government and commercial organizations adopt new technology systems from its industry partners.
Steve Weiss previously served as executive vice president for government business operations at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) for 10 years and the government services contractor’s annual revenue increased from $1.5 billion to $4.4 billion during that period.
Weiss is also an 18-year veteran of Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) and held a senior vice president role there.
