Eight companies have won positions on a potential $450 million multiple-award contract to provide design, planning, development, integration and maintenance support for the Library of Congress’ IT systems and software applications.
The federal cultural institution disclosed the winning vendors for the Agile System Development Support Services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through award notices published Friday on SAM.gov.

Contract Scope
According to a solicitation issued in late 2022, the IDIQ contract has an ordering period of five years and covers Agile software development; systems integration, DevOps and continuous delivery; and user experience and interface design services.
Business analysis and requirements support services, project management support or quality control and testing support may be ordered under this contract but not as standalone services.
Orders may also include the procurement or lease of commercial off-the-shelf hardware and software, provided that such requirements do not exceed $25,000.
