Accenture Federal Services CEO Ron Ash personally received his 2025 Wash100 Award from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent meeting. This marks Ash’s inaugural Wash100 win, recognizing his leadership in driving innovation and growth at the company.

Established in 2014, the Wash100 honors the most impactful and influential executives shaping the government contracting industry. These awardees exemplify visionary leadership and show strong potential to achieve more in pushing innovation in the GovCon field in the coming year.
Ash has been CEO of Accenture Federal for a year, overseeing the over $5 billion organization, and has been with Accenture for a staggering 29 years. He began in the mid 1990s as an intern.
Major Contract Wins of AFS
Under Ash’s leadership, AFS has secured notable contracts, solidifying its position in the federal contracting sector.
In 2024, the company received a $1.6 billion U.S. Air Force task order for enterprise-scale cloud service provider reseller and software management support services. It also won a spot on the FBI’s $8 billion IT Supplies and Support Services Blanket Purchase Agreement and secured a $790 million deal with the U.S. Navy for software integration.
