The U.S. Navy has selected 18 companies that will compete for task orders under a potential five-year, $346.5 million contract to provide a number of military service organizations with program management, logistics and other support services.
The contractors will deliver management integration support to several Naval Air Systems Command program offices and sustainment group departments, as well as Echelon III /IV commands for their weapon systems and other equipment, the Department of Defense said Monday.
The majority of contract work will be conducted in Patuxent River, Maryland, while the remaining 20 percent of contract efforts will be done within the continental U.S. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will run until May 2027.
