TechLaw Holdings has acquired Colorado-based environmental services provider Summit Technical Resources, which the holding company plans to merge with its TLI Solutions subsidiary.
TechLaw said Thursday Summit’s eventual merger with TLI is pending government approval for contract novation in late 2016.
“This is an important part of our plan to expand our services in the years ahead, ” said Brian Shutler, president of TechLaw Holdings.
Summit co-founders Dan Reeder and Michael Anderson will report to Shutler as vice presidents at TLI.
The McLean Group served as adviser to Summit for the transaction.
