Quiet Professionals, Spathe Systems Rebrand as Endurion Following Defense Tech Merger

  • Quiet Professionals, Spathe Systems rebrand as Endurion.
  • New platform combines intelligence, operations and mission technology support.
  • Endurion launches following recent SOF and SOUTHCOM contract wins.

Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems have officially launched under a new identity, Endurion — a new defense and technology company formed to deliver integrated intelligence, operational and technology support for Special Operations Forces and national security missions.

The debut was announced during SOF Week 2026, Quiet Professionals said Monday. It follows McNally Capital’s 2025 merger of the two Tampa, Florida-based companies into a single defense technology platform supporting SOF and the broader defense community.

What Is Endurion?

Endurion operates as a mission integrator, delivering comprehensive, end-to-end capabilities by bridging the gap between intelligence, operations and technology. Its approach is intended to address challenges associated with fragmented data environments, disconnected platforms and siloed operational support structures in modern mission environments.

“Capability alone is no longer enough. What matters is whether mission capability operates as a unified system,” said Andy Wilson, CEO of Endurion and former Quiet Professionals chief executive.

The company’s offerings span intelligence analytics, geospatial capabilities, cloud and cyber infrastructure, operational support, and situational awareness technologies.

How Does Pathfinder Support SOF Operations?

At the center of Endurion’s technology portfolio is Pathfinder, an intelligence platform designed to ingest and analyze data from edge devices, sensors and external sources to create a real-time operational picture.

According to Quiet Professionals, the platform processes and correlates data streams to identify patterns, relationships and emerging activity, enabling operators to move more quickly from data collection to operational decision-making.

What Recent Contract Wins Did the Company Highlight?

Endurion was launched following two recompete wins: a five-year, $85 million U.S. Special Operations Command award and a bridge contract supporting U.S. Southern Command’s enhanced domain awareness activities ahead of anticipated task order competitions expected in June.

How Did Endurion Emerge From Prior McNally Investment?

Before Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems merged, McNally Capital invested in Quiet Professionals in May 2025 to help expand the company’s artificial intelligence, analytics and mission support capabilities for defense and intelligence customers.

McNally previously said combining the companies would bring together more than 400 personnel supporting defense and intelligence customers globally.

“By combining our strengths, talent, and proven track records, we are creating a single, integrated platform uniquely positioned to support our customers’ evolving missions with greater agility, scale, and technical excellence,” Wilson said when the merger was announced in 2025.
