Dynanet has appointed Anthony “Tony” Kirilusha, a federal health research and data science leader, as chief scientific officer.

The latest leadership appointment at Dynanet comes as federal healthcare leaders continue to align talent with evolving mission needs. In a statement published Thursday, Dynanet President Joey Pahira said adding Kirilusha to the leadership team represents a step forward for the company as it continues to invest in the future of health IT.
“Tony’s unique combination of scientific rigor, technical depth, and proven ability to scale high-impact programs across HHS and the broader federal health ecosystem positions us to accelerate our growth and deliver even greater value to our customers,” added Pahira, who was promoted to president in February.
Who Is Tony Kirilusha?
Kirilusha brings to Dynanet’s healthcare practice 15 years of experience in molecular genetics and bioinformatics, along with 10 years of leadership in federal biomedical research, data science and advanced technology efforts.
He most recently served as chief scientific officer at Credence, where he supported the growth of the company’s civilian health portfolio through investments in research programs, data ecosystems and mission-aligned platforms for federal health agencies.
Before Credence, Kirilusha spent a decade at the National Institutes of Health, where he served as a program leader within the NIH Office of Strategic Coordination. His work at NIH included contributions to the Rapid Acceleration of Diagnostics-Advanced Technology Platforms program under Operation Warp Speed and to the NIH Cloud Platform Interoperability Program.
