Vertosoft has appointed Hollie Kapos as vice president of legal and contracts, marking the company’s first in-house attorney hire.
Kapos announced the move in a LinkedIn post on Tuesday, saying she joined Vertosoft after nearly four years at Arrow Electronics. She said she began the role in time to attend Vertosoft’s annual sales kickoff in Charleston, where she met employees across the company.
“I am honored to join Vertosoft during its 10th year as the company’s first inhouse attorney,” Kapos wrote. “Thanks to everyone for a warm welcome!”
Who Is Hollie Kapos?
Kapos brings more than 15 years of legal experience in the public sector technology market. Most recently, she served as director of legal counsel at Arrow ECS North America.
Her prior roles include senior corporate counsel at Palo Alto Networks and corporate counsel at immixGroup. Earlier in her career, she held legal and contract-focused roles at General Dynamics-affiliated businesses.

Kapos holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from George Mason University.
She is also a certified commercial contracts manager through the National Contract Management Association.
