National security company GRVTY has appointed Tom Jackson, an aerospace and defense industry veteran, as chief growth officer.
The company said Monday Jackson will oversee business development, growth strategy and market expansion efforts and advance the delivery of national security capabilities to customers.
“As we continue to grow and strengthen our mission-driven solutions and technologies, I am pleased to welcome Tom to GRVTY’s executive team,” said GRVTY CEO Katie Selbe. “His strong track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth in diverse markets will play a key role as we broaden our footprint and deepen our impact for customers.”
Who Is Tom Jackson?
Before joining GRVTY, Jackson served as executive vice president and chief revenue officer at satellite terminal manufacturer Kymeta.
He also held senior leadership roles at several defense and aerospace firms, including Sarcos Defense, Sierra Nevada and Aeryon Defense USA.
The retired U.S. Marine Corps lieutenant colonel has a bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and an MBA from Regis University.

What Does GRVTY Do?
In March, GRVTY launched as a platform company of Arlington Capital Partners to provide defense technology systems for the Department of War, the intelligence community and the Department of Homeland Security.
The company delivers cyber, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and targeting platforms, data analytics and intelligence support to national security clients.
