Aqua IT has appointed Bill Cloin, a former official at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, as chief operating officer and managing partner, GovCon Wire has learned.
“Bill brings proven mission leadership and deep experience delivering enterprise transformation,” Aqua IT CEO Ted Marshall said in a statement.

Who Is Bill Cloin?
Cloin most recently served as director of the GEOINT Services Office at NGA, where he led modernization efforts across IT and GEOINT mission capabilities.
Before his federal service, he served as senior vice president of operations at NJVC, where he established the Center for Technology Integration, diversified the customer portfolio and built a business practice focused on software services.
