McLean, Virginia-based defense and national security company Xcelerate Solutions has acquired clearAvenue to expand its portfolio of technical capabilities, particularly in artificial intelligence and machine learning, in support of federal government customers.
“This acquisition marks a significant step forward in our technical capabilities,” Xcelerate CEO Mark Drever said in a statement published Tuesday.
“We’ve always had a solid foundation in digital transformation, but clearAvenue lets us take it to the next level. clearAvenue is one of the few companies with demonstrated past performance qualifications in AI and machine learning,” added Drever.
