The company said Thursday the General Services Administration awarded the task order.

SOUTHCOM Task Order Scope
The task order includes the delivery of network architecture, IT, infrastructure platforms and network modernization guidance to help SOUTHCOM prepare for future artificial intelligence deployment.

“Nearly half our people are U.S. veterans with deep knowledge of DoD missions, networks and infrastructure, and the know-how to drive outstanding performance in every military zone and theater,” added Hathaway.
Doral, Florida-based SOUTHCOM is one of the Department of Defense’s unified combatant commands responsible for providing contingency planning, operations and security cooperation support in its assigned area of responsibility, which includes South America, Central America and the Caribbean.
