Rob Flowers Named VP of Federal Client Growth at NTT DATA North America

Rob Flowers, a 30-year veteran of the IT services industry, has been named vice president of federal client growth at NTT DATA North America. The executive announced his appointment on LinkedIn Tuesday.

In his new role, Flowers will oversee capture, proposal management and marketing, while leading the Governmentwide Acquisition Contract Proposal Management Office for the company’s federal business.

Flowers’ Career Highlights

Flowers has spent the last seven years of his career at NTT DATA North America. He previously served as VP and senior director of public sector solutions. He briefly worked as VP and chief operating officer at Bid2Win Consulting after serving as senior director of the DXC Integration Management Office at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for over two years.

The executive was a member of Aqqolade’s advisory board of directors, where he focused on providing insights on operations management. Before that, he spent over eight years at HP as senior director of worldwide sales and marketing programs and director of U.S. public sector sales support. 

Flowers also had an eight-year tenure at Electronic Data Systems, where he was senior manager of Americas sales solutioning, regional business manager and client applications delivery manager. He spent over 12 years at AT&T holding various positions, including applications management and development manager, technical staff manager, business analyst and applications programmer.
