Chris Bishop has returned to HII as chief growth officer of the company’s mission technologies division. The executive confirmed his move in a LinkedIn post Sunday.
Who is HII Mission Technologies’ Head of Growth
Bishop served as CGO at HII MIssion Technologies from August 2021 to April 2023. During that time, he led the implementation of the company’s long-term, sustainable growth strategy. He also oversaw efforts to advance business objectives by keeping up with market trends, adopting new technologies, encouraging innovation, engaging with customers and improving internal processes.
Earlier in his career, Bishop assumed executive and senior leadership positions at URS Corp., NCI Information Systems and SRA International.
He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Virginia and earned his master’s in macroeconomic policy, international finance and global business management from Marymount University.
