The digital transformation services provider said Wednesday Spring will manage financial systems, long-term planning and compliance to help the company ensure continued fiscal health in line with strategic objectives.
Apogee CEO Frank Varga said Spring’s promotion reflects her contributions to the company.

Spring’s Career Background
The certified public accountant has been with Apogee since 2018 and held leadership roles, including senior director of finance and director of finance.
Spring has helped shape Apogee’s financial strategy, improve cost management strategies, drive budgeting and financial planning initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Prior to Apogee, she served in senior financial positions at Cobham Semiconductor Solutions and NANA Development.
Apogee is a government services platform company of private equity management firm Bernhard Capital Partners and supports federal government customers across digital transformation, adaptive acquisition, science and technology and mission operations areas.
