The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency plans to launch a competition for a blanket purchase agreement to provide program management and operations support services for its Stakeholder Engagement Division.
According to a notice published on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, CISA intends to compete the Council Management Program Management and Operations BPA as a total small business set-aside program with an estimated value of $50 million to $100 million.
Under the proposed BPA, the vendor will provide program and project performance analysis and management, technical subject matter expertise, planning external and internal information product development, strategic writing and research support, administrative and other program support services for several components of CISA’s SED.
These components are the SED’s Council Management subdivision, Office of the Chief of Staff and the International Affairs subdivision.
CISA plans to release a solicitation on Nov. 10 and expects to award the firm-fixed-price BPA by the second quarter of fiscal year 2025.
Contract work is expected to occur in Arlington, Virginia, through Jan. 4, 2028.
